ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Phone Videographer + Short-Form Editor who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Someone who can turn everyday moments into viral content, shoot using a PHONE, and edit powerful 3060 second videos that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.

If youre creative, fast, street-smart, and excited to work across food, lifestyle, construction, and motivational content, this is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Daily Work)

As a Phone Videographer:

Shoot vertical content (TikTok style) using your phone

Capture raw, candid, guerilla shots in stores, construction sites, streets, malls

Film A-roll (talking) and B-roll (food, people, daily life, reactions)

Follow shotlists from Creative Director, but improvise when needed

Direct simple acting scenes with staff, crew, or Boss Noel

Capture humor, kilig, energy, personality, and authenticity

As a Short-Form Editor:

Edit 13 videos per day (TikTok, FB Reels, IG Reels, YT Shorts)

Add subtitles, sound effects, zoom cuts, transitions

Sync videos to trending sounds / background music

Create punchy, fast-paced content with strong retention

Organize and export videos ready for posting

WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has experience shooting and editing TikTok / Reels content

Loves filming and editing with a mobile phone

Knows how to make simple places look cinematic

Understands pacing, movement, and timing

Can work fast and deliver same-day edits

Enjoys spontaneous shoots and creative challenges

Knows basic lighting, clean audio, steady shots

Has a strong sense of humor or emotional storytelling

Is comfortable shooting people (staff, customers, coworkers)

TOOLS & SKILLS

CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or any editing app

Understanding of trending formats, POV shots, memes

Creative eye for framing, angles, and natural light

Good communication skills

Organized with files and project folders

QUALIFICATIONS

Portfolio of TikTok/Reels/Shorts you personally shot & edited

Preferably 12 years content creation experience, but TALENT is more important

Must be comfortable working on-site (stores, office, field shoots)

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative, and unpredictable environment

Optional but a HUGE PLUS: experience in food, lifestyle, or vlog-style content
