ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist who understands how algorithms work, how trends move, and how viral content spreads.

Your job: Grow our pages FAST across TikTok, FB Reels, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will analyze data, spot trends early, and guide our content team on what formats will hit big.

This role is perfect for someone who is both creative AND analytical, someone who understands why people share, not just what people watch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Track and analyze content performance across all platforms

Identify viral patterns, hooks, and high-retention formats

Recommend content ideas to the Creative Director

Work with the Editor and Shooter to optimize content

Spot trends early and brief the team within minutes/hours

Set posting schedules and optimize posting times

Grow followers, engagement, and overall reach

Run small boosting tests (optional), manage ads if needed

Create weekly analytics reports for Boss Noel
