Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving employee issues.
  • Responsible for payroll preparation and management to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing compensation and benefits plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in the performance management process and support the team in achieving goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in human resources.
  • Skills & Abilities: Familiar with recruitment processes and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Skills & Abilities: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of salary and benefits management.
  • Qualities & Traits: Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
