Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably experienced in ERP or CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, sales reports, and product presentation
• Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for stock availability.
• Support in planning and organizing sales promotions, trade events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Follow up on payments and assist in credit monitoring when required.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager
