Project In Charge - Mechanical Engr., Paranaque

Description

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress aligns with project schedule.
Manage manpower, coordinate tasks, and monitor contractor activities.
Oversee installation works, particularly in mechanical and fit-out projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for project needs.
Prepare daily and weekly site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly requested and monitored.
Handle project concerns and provide on-site solutions when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience in fit-out, mechanical installation, or site supervision.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in documentation, reporting, and basic project management.
With motorcycle for site mobility (preferred).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
