Unioil Gas Station Manager, Las Pinas

I. Station Operations

1.1 Ensures that station conforms to quality standard as set forth in the UPPI contract, compliance obligations and commitments.

• Regular and scheduled operations reporting submitted to UPPI, management and other entities (ie. LGU, associations, etc.)
• Takes the lead in external and internal compliance audits with the assistance of UPPI, AGSI auditor, LGU auditor/inspector.

2. Manages the performance and deliverables of the entire forecourt team.

• Cleanliness of Station, Attendance, Customer Service Quality, Equipment and Operability

3. Coordinates and handles supplier concerns and deliverables in a timely manner.

• Manpower agency, Security Agency, Station Maintenance Contractors

4. Ensures that all station related concerns, problems, accidents, issues are reported to the manager and owner in a timely manner - including but not limited to customer complaints and misloading of fuel by forecourt attendants

5. Ensures that support is provided to the Forecourt Team Captain and team leader at all times

6. Immediately responds to communication via SMS, Calls, Viber, WhatsAPP and email in a timely and appropriate manner.

II. Admin Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits weekly operations report to owner.
• Weekly Sales Report (Mondays, 5pm)
• Monthly Business Review (Every 5th of the month, 10am)
• Prepares and submits station supplies report weekly in preparation for purchasing (Mondays, 5pm)
• Prepares and submits security and manpower agency report weekly (Mondays, 5pm)
• Daily update of Wetstock Reporting for UPPI.

III. Meetings

• Weekly Station Meeting - Tuesday, 10am
• Monthy Business Review - Every 6th of the month
• Occassional meetings with UPPI, LGU, etc.
