Production Coordinator, Paranaque

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reports Daily Production Tasks and Goals before the beginning of the day
• Repots Daily production output / results at the end of the day
• Tracks materials daily, in charge of maintaining healthy stocks
• Compiles weekly and monthly reports
• Monitors production schedule with Production Team Leader and Management
• Informs status of what is on track or delayed
• Notes holes in production schedule
• Makes sure operations are at high efficiency between scheduling and output
• Collects data from Production Team Leader for reporting (Team member output, Quality Control Report, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or administration
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (e.g., spreadsheets, Gantt charts, ERP systems)
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle multiple streams of data
• Good communication skills to bridge operations and management
• Experience in sustainability-driven production environments preferred
• Basic understanding of woodworking or assembly processes is a plus
