Trainer (RCM – Healthcare Account), Paranaque

• High school graduate or above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred
• 35 years experience in US medical billing, with 12 years in a training or mentoring role
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call center operations
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with LMS platforms
• Able to manage multiple training batches and adjust to various learning styles

The Trainer (RCM Healthcare Account) is responsible for delivering effective training sessions to new hires and existing employees, ensuring a strong understanding of RCM processes and performance expectations. This role involves designing training materials, conducting classroom and virtual sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and supporting team leaders to achieve operational targets.
