Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify potential clients through research, networking, referrals, and industry leads.
Generate new sales opportunities in import/export forwarding, brokerage, trucking, and warehouse services.
Prepare and deliver company presentations and capability proposals to prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to secure accounts.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using the company CRM or tracker.

2. Account Management & Client Servicing

Build long-term relationships with assigned clients and ensure continuous satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Regularly update clients on service enhancements, rate adjustments, or promotions.

3. Sales Planning & Reporting

4. Pricing & Proposal Coordination

Work with the operations and pricing team to prepare client quotations and proposals.
Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margin policies.
Follow up on quotations and convert qualified leads into booked shipments.

5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

Monitor competitor activities, rates, and industry trends.
Represent the company in trade fairs, BNI/networking meetings, and client events.
Promote KARGOPHs brand values of Global Reach, Local Power.
