Food & Beverage R&D Specialist, Las Pinas

The Food & Beverage R&D Specialist Intern will assist the R&D Department in developing, testing, and improving food and beverage products aligned with the companys brand standards. The role provides hands-on experience in food formulation, sensory evaluation, product costing, and documentation.

• Assist in developing and testing new food and beverage recipes.
• Support in standardizing existing recipes and ensuring product consistency.
• Conduct taste tests, collect feedback, and help document evaluation results.
• Assist in ingredient sourcing, portion control, and cost computation.
• Help prepare presentation materials or reports for new product proposals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test kitchen or work area.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, and Commissary) for product testing and rollout preparation.
• Perform other R&D-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
• Has a strong interest in food innovation and product development.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team setup.
• Willing to report 3 days onsite and 2 days' work-from-home weekly.
