General Service Staff, Paranaque

General cleaning of all work areas and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

Perform minor repairs.

Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.

Collect and dispose of trash

Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits

Perform messengerial/liaison tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

Highschool Graduate

2 years of relevant experience

With previous experience in janitorial or utility work

Responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks

Mechanical skills, light maintenance and repair besides cleaning duties

Competent cleaning, trustworthy and reliable
