Oversee registration and accreditation with SEC, DMW, DOLE, BIR, LGU, and other relevant agencies.

Assist in preparing manuals, compliance documents, and office inspections for DMW accreditation.

Business Development

Identify, engage, and establish relationships with foreign principals, employers, or partner agencies.

Guide in developing marketing strategies to attract overseas clients and qualified local recruits.

Assist in the creation of partnership agreements, job orders, and client accreditation processes.

Operations Setup

Advise on organizational structure, recruitment workflow, and internal controls.

Assist in hiring and training key staff (recruitment officers, admin, compliance).

Develop templates, forms, and operational procedures aligned with Philippine labor export regulations.

Strategic Advisory

Provide insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in ethical recruitment.
