Service Crew (Coffee Refiller) - Makati, Paranaque

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Follow scheduled workflows and ensure timely service
• Manage maintenance and uptime of vending machines on-site
• Oversee daily operations, including:
• Inventory of goods
• Sales reporting
• Documentation of endorsements and customer suggestions
• Summary of daily activities
• Accurate reporting of daily issues
• Diagnose basic technical problems and identify appropriate solutions
• Follow all company protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams and share updates regularly
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products
• Build and maintain positive relationships with site customers
• Maintain professionalism and take responsibility for attendance
• Report site issues and concerns to the Team Lead at least three times per week
• Must be comfortable working in a shifting schedule

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level
• With or without related experience (crew, refiller, or similar roles)
• Willing to work on shifting and roving schedule
• Must have complete and readily available requirements
• Can start ASAP
