Aircon Technician, Paranaque

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols

Conduct maintenance of electrical systems

Survey units and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary

Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed

Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide

Repair appliances as necessary, including microwave, AC, refrigerator, fan, etc.

Perform aircon cleaning and maintenance

Follow specified Standard Operating Procedures

Check, repair, and provide preliminary solutions for units

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor's Degree in any field

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required

14 years of experience specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent

Experience with aircon technologies is an advantage but not required

Willingness to perform roving setups when needed
