The Social Media Content Creation Specialist is responsible for producing engaging, on-trend, and share-worthy content designed to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and strengthen loyalty across all digital platforms. The role focuses on creating viral marketing campaigns that move audiences through the customer journeyfrom awareness to loyaltywhile ensuring alignment with the companys brand identity and business objectives.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience creating viral or highly engaging social media content.

Proficiency in video editing, reels/TikTok tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Creative, witty, and trend-savvy with strong copywriting skills in English/Taglish.

Strong grasp of customer journey marketing (awareness loyalty).
