The HR / Admin Assistant provides vital support to the companys Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and efficient office management to help maintain a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams.
- Handle payroll processing and timekeeping to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support office operations such as filing, inventory, and coordination of administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of relevant work experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
