Aconex Administrator, Paranaque

• The Aconex Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the Aconex platform for the Banyan Tree Manila Bay Project.
• This role ensures that all project documents and workflows are accurately maintained, compliant, and accessible to authorized users.
• The administrator will configure the system to meet project needs, oversee user access, and provide guidance to the project team on Aconex-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the Aconex platform in alignment with project requirements and workflows.
• Administer project documentation within Aconex, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company and project standards.
• Establish and manage user roles and permissions to maintain platform security and control.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to project team members on all Aconex-related functions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to established document control processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Aconex support or IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with project operations management and key stakeholders to continuously improve document management processes.
• Upload necessary authorized forms/documents for others to use as part of the document management/control of the project.
• Monitor and ensure responses to documents as required by the system or are escalated to the next level.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administering Aconex within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in Aconex or comparable project management/document control systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction project workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in managing documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
