Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, company standards, and design trends.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare regular activity reports.


Work Conditions

  • Office-based with site and production visits.
  • May require extended hours to meet deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 45 years design experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of furniture production processes is an advantage.
