Marketing Supervisor, Paranaque

Oversees various aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service, or idea. This role carries significant responsibility early on and requires the ability to manage time and duties independently.

1. Oversee and develop marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotional activities.
2. Create and manage engaging online content, including forums, videos, graphics, blogs, and online marketing plans.
3. Organize events, product exhibitions, and manage campaign performance, including monitoring and analyzing social media content success.
4. Create, develop, and implement SEO, link building, content marketing strategies, and manage social media presence.
5. Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define target audiences and position the brand effectively in the marketplace.
6. Research, identify, and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities.
7. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic to company pages.
8. Innovate, conceptualize, and present new marketing platforms, strategies, opportunities, and trends.
9. Compile and distribute financial and statistical information.
10. Write and proofread creative copy for marketing materials.
11. Design, code, and modify websites, from layout to function, according to company specifications.
12. Create visually appealing, user-friendly sites with clear navigation.
13. Maintain websites, analyze data, and stay updated with new social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends, integrating them into campaigns.
14. Apply knowledge of security principles to E-Commerce applications.
15. Coordinate with internal marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience specializing in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.
• Must be knowledgeable in Digital Marketing.
• Must be ambitious, autonomous, dependable, humble, passionate, dedicated, honest, confident, reliable, creative, proactive, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude.
