We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual CSRKorean speakerto join our team.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to Korean-speaking clients through various communication channels such as chat.
Your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction by resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Filipino nationals are welcome to apply
Previous experience in a CSR or BPO setting is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be customer-focused, patient, and empathetic
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
Computer literate and comfortable using various platforms
