Accountant, Paranaque

We are looking for Accounting Staff to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company.

Youll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files. You will perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with strong attention to detail. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. General Accounting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.

2. Accounts Receivable & Billing: Assist in monitoring receivables, preparing invoices, processing collections, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.

3. Accounts Payable: Assist in processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling supplier statements.

4. Credit & Collection: Assist in assessing credit risk, maintaining customer credit records, and following up on overdue accounts.

5. Audit & Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

6. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

7. Other Duties: Assist in other accounting-related tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the finance

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 12 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in bookkeeping and general accounting practices.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
