Accounting Supervisor, Paranaque

1. Supervise the over-all accounting system and provide monthly financial statements.
2. Maintains the integrity of the company's accounting system.
3. Coordinates with IT in the implementation and maintenance of all accounting functions in the network or stand alone accounting system.
4. Supervise the accounting department in the proper performance of their duties and responsibilities.
5. Furnishes reports needed by the management such as the monthly financial statements, sales summary, etc.
6. Monitors all obligation due to BIR,SSS, HDMF ,City Hall etc. are submitted paid on time.
7. Monitors and minimizes discrepancies in the inventory records.
8. Creates a monthly review of the result of the operations and gives recommendations to management.
9. Sets-up and suggests improvements with respect to internal control.
10. Coordinates with the consultant/auditor/lawyers regarding tax case/ problems.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed CPA
• 3 to 5 years work Experience in Accounting
• Amenable to work onsite
• With company shuttle service (Cavite, Laguna, Antipolo, Manila and Paraaque)
• Mondays to Fridays work schedule
• Regular working hours
