Moesthetics Clinic is a soon-to-open wellness and aesthetic center dedicated to delivering exceptional care and beauty services. Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Personnel to join our founding team and help lay the financial foundation for our clinics success.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

Manage payroll and staff reimbursements

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle BIR online filing and submissions

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed

Support administrative tasks related to financial operations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (new graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Knowledge of BIR processes and online filing systems is a must

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently
