Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the companys client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Technical Consultation and Support

  • Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to customize products or solutions based on project specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, technical inspections, and feasibility assessments.

Proposal and Quotation Management

  • Prepare accurate quotations, project proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Ensure proposals meet both client requirements and company standards.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and production teams to align sales with technical execution.
  • Work closely with logistics and after-sales support to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Monitor market conditions, competitors activities, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and market positioning.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Customer Service and After-Sales Support

  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships for repeat business.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Document all sales activities, leads, and project progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related field).
  • Business or Marketing courses/training is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and ability to understand technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and conducting product presentations.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, project drawings, and technical documentation is a plus.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven track record in technical sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals effectively.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
