- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills, menu planning, inventory management, and knowledge of food safety standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, create menus, and ensure quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, long hours, and potential for high stress.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Other Requirements: must possesses NCII , TM1 and NTTC documents.
- With at least 5 years international experience as Culinary Chef
- Preferably with instructorship experience
