Accounting Specialist, Paranaque

Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Personnel to join our founding team and help lay the financial foundation for our clinics success.

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Manage payroll and staff reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle BIR online filing and submissions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
• Support administrative tasks related to financial operations

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (new graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of BIR processes and online filing systems is a must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently

Site Assignment: Paranaque

Salary Range: PHP 18,000PHP 25,000/month
