Restaurant Manager, Paranaque

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve targeted profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Bachelors degree in HRM or any related field.
• POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
• Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
