Accounting Operations Manager, Paranaque

• Supervise and manage the accounting teams daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of retail and distribution industry accounting practices.
4. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
5. In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and financial compliance standards.
6. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
