Description

Perform various welding processes such as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), depending on the employers requirements.
Prepare and assemble metal parts by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.
Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in good condition.
Follow strict safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participate in skills development activities and comply with the training curriculum outlined by the TITP.
Assist with general workshop duties as required by the employer.

2030 years old (may vary depending on employers requirements).
High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate in Welding or related field.
Preferably with at least 6 months 1 year of welding experience (local or overseas), but fresh graduates from welding training programs may also apply.
Knowledge in basic welding techniques and tools.
Physically fit, with good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
Willing to undergo Japanese language training prior to deployment.
No derogatory record and fit to work abroad.
Bound to Japan
