- Negotiate rates
- Track shipments. Create necessary documents
- Handle and manage accounts
- Effectively communicate with Agents, local service providers, Customers and co-workers
- Identify Customer needs
- Schedule outbound and inbound shipments.
- Provide input and complete freight bills.
- Assist with the communications with carriers.
- Make recommendations with regard to transportation, routing, carrier selection and assist to meet customer requirements.
- Graduate of any 4year course. With good oral and written communication skills. Relative experience in Freight Forwarding is a good plus.
