Accounting Analyst, Paranaque

• We are seeking a highly capable Accounting Supervisor to join our team at MonteCarlo Residences Condominium Owners Association Inc'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial management of our thriving condominium community in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the billing and collection staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and controls.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory authorities, to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making
• Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team members
