Ensure correctness and completeness of import documents received from import
Check and ensure that special permit is secured prior filling at BOC for controlled and regulated imports
Lodge import permit and TSAD entries for PEZA-Air Transshipment using VASP (CDEC E-trade Ekonek and intercommerence)
Classify importable items with correct HS Code
Monitors approval pf controlled PEZA Eip
Check and advise inclusion of items in cosignee's LOI for items that are not yet uploaded
Monitors and Provide update for PEZA air shipments
Performs any other duties as maybe required from time to time
