Were hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who can help boost our sales conversions by improving how we engage with leads through chat. Your role is to ensure more people submit their full order details name, number, and address and follow through with a purchase.

Youll be working closely with our in-house team to optimize chat interactions across platforms like Messenger, Viber, and our CRM system.

• Review and assess current chat flows and identify drop-off points
• Develop compelling chat scripts that guide prospects toward submitting complete orders
• Create smarter follow-up sequences for inactive leads
• Work with sales reps to implement conversion-focused messaging techniques
• Monitor chat metrics and analyze conversion performance weekly
