Handle Event preparation, planning and execution
Source suppliers, onsite or local coordinators and other staff needed at the event
Coordinate logistics, event set up, equipment, marketing collateral, talent, accommodations, transfers and etc.
Secure event permit and settle fees
Secure venue contract, supplier contract, talent contract and etc.
Write proposal for ex-deals and partnership with other brands or media that can extend additional mileage for Megabet.
Build a preferred event suppliers database in the future
Audit of event materials and equipment after event
Close a sponsorship of partnership minimum of 2 brands per location.
Implement media mileage of brand partner on time (onsite and online).
