Plumber, Paranaque

• The Plumber/ Maintenance is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and related equipment, as well as performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the facility/ property. This role requires a skilled and reliable individual with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

Plumbing Installation and Repair:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Install and repair gas lines and related appliances (if qualified and licensed).
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

General Maintenance:

• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean safe.

Customer Service:

• Interact with tenants, employees, or customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of plumbing and maintenance issues.

Safety:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain a safe and clear work environment.
