PANGASINAN, LA UNION, ILOCOS SUR, BATAAN, TARLAC, PAMPANGA, BULACAN

1. Coordinates with different agencies for the project completion and success (suppliers, farmers, big land owners, workers)
2. Oversee the farm operations in handled areas.
3. Supervise farm activities and conduct surprise audits
4. Take part in the implementation of cooperative rules and regulations
5. Ensures that team concerns are transmitted properly to head office for proper actions
6. Maintains team morale
7. Gathers necessary data and prepare related reports
8. Attends coordination and alignment conferences
9. Forecast and request manpower requirements
10. Conducts worker evaluations
11. Perform other related function

Preferred candidates:

• Has farm work experience especially in the growing up to harvesting corn
• Can endure different weather conditions
• Has good communication and coordination skills
• Has excellent people management skills
• Has excellent strategic planning and implementation
