PANGASINAN, LA UNION, ILOCOS SUR, BATAAN, TARLAC, PAMPANGA, BULACAN

1. Schedules daily activities of field crews and prepare daily time records.
2. Assists Field Agronomist in certifying seed field isolation before and after planting.
3. Monitors planting, ensure 95% field emergence.
4. Ensures that irrigation schedules are implemented before planting, fertilizer application and during pre and post
5. pollination stages of the crop. Coordinates schedule of irrigation with
6. Irrigators Association and Growers. For rainfed he must ensure that soil moisture is sufficient for field emergence and growth of crop.
7. Ensure effective and timely application of fertilizers and pesticides.
8. Leads crew in performing rouging, clean-up and hand pollination as necessary.
9. Organize, train, deploy and evaluate performance of detasselers.
10. Assign harvesters and dispatch haulers.
11. Collects Agronomic and Quality related data.
12. Assists Field Agronomist in accomplishing ISO Records

Preferred candidates:

• Has farm work experience especially in the growing up to harvesting corn.
• Can endure different weather conditions.
• Has good communication and coordination skills
• Has excellent people management skills.
