Branch Head, Pangasinan

The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of the branch. This role ensures efficient service delivery, drives business growth, and maintains compliance with banking regulations while leading and developing branch personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standard
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branchs deposit base, loan portfolio, and customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Monitor branch performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
• Ensure adherence to risk management, audit, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
• Prepare reports on branch performance and recommend improvements
