Shift Manager, Pangasinan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are performed efficiently during shift.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1 - 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
• Preferably residing near the job location
• Willing to undergo training for almost 2 months in NCR
• Can start ASAP, preferably not currently employed in any job
• With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
