• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Required skills: well developed written and oral communication skills, computer literate, able to drive, possesses a valid license, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field in banking/financing services is required.
• Development and implementation of effective and efficient operating routine in relation to approved business plans;
• Knows how to conduct credit investigation and appraisal of chattel and real estate properties.
• Monitoring of activities and conduct of the branch personnel.
• Highly analytical.
