Area Manager, Pangasinan

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our retail operations within your designated area. You will oversee multiple stores, drive sales, manage teams, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers to drive sales performance and meet KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to encourage professional growth.
• Ensure that each store delivers exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues effectively.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability within the area.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and managing teams.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in interpreting sales data, financial reports, and operational metrics.
