Position: Finance Team Lead

Work Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day shift)

Salary: Php35,000-Php45,000

Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant
• With 2 years Supervisory Experience
• Amendable to work on site
• Can start as soon possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily financial operations, manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and review PEZA mandated requirements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Prepare the finance internal controls, policies, and procedures.
