Market Territory Manager, Pangasinan

Job Summary:

The role involves growing the business in the assigned territory by achieving sales, distribution, and market share targets, while efficiently managing company resourcespeople, assets, and capitalto ensure profitability. The person is responsible for meeting key performance objectives through goal setting, tracking, problem-solving, and coaching. Around 80% of the time is spent on fieldwork and sales coaching, and 20% on administrative tasks.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• With 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
• Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Drivers License with Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC.
