Branch Manager, Pangasinan

Pepa Wings is a fast-growing food brand known for bold flavors, quality service, and an energetic customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive branch success.

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and morale
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall brand standards at the branch

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
