Position: Production Supervisor

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company for Wiring

Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Salary: Php 23,000 - Php 30,000 gross

Work set up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience working in a manufacturing company
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a year of experience in managing and handling a team.
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control production costs.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities.
• Supervise a team of production engineers.
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans for process improvement.
• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
