Land Surveyor, Pangasinan

• Do initial site inspection of properties offered or identified by the company feasible for solar farm projects. 
• Locating landowners and do initial contact.
• Keep the established relationships with landowners as well as the community and local community leaders.
• Mapping / securing maps from the local agencies (Assessors Office, CENRO, NIA, etc) of the companys area of interest.
• Act as local coordinator for Land Acquisition in setting-up meetings with landowners. 
• Assist in the conduct of due diligence research. 
• Performs other Land related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

• At least High School Graduate
• No experience required
• Must be a resident of the following areas: Burgos, Mabini, Dasol, Pangasinan, or nearby locations.

Owns an Android Smartphone

with own motorcycle and has valid drivers license

Willing to attend 2-day online pre-deployment training
