Legal Counsel, Pangasinan

Description

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for trials, court proceedings, and internal use.
Represent the company in litigation involving civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
Provide legal advice, protection, and risk management support to senior management.
Assess and review business contracts, partnerships, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Analyze legal aspects of new products, services, and operational strategies.
Develop and update company policies on legal and regulatory matters.

Bachelors Degree in Law; must be a licensed lawyer.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to litigation (civil, criminal, and administrative).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
