Description
- Operate backhoe for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and farm road/drainage work
- Align with Foreman or Project Overseer on daily plan; read marks/levels; follow spotter signals
- Perform pre-start and shutdown checks
- Log machine hours, fuel; report defects/near-misses ASAP
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance
- TESDA NC II (Backhoe / Excavator) preferred
- Two or more years backhoe experience (construction/agri); clean safety record
- Basic hydraulics/troubleshooting; capable of minor repairs
- Can read simple plans/levels; physically fit
- Professional Driver's License a plus; honest, punctual, team-oriented, and accurate in logging
- NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and Police Clearance
- Photocopy of Diploma and TOR
- Certificate of Employment (COE), if any
Starting Salary: Php 700.00 or depending on qualifications after interview
