Hadley Designs is seeking an eCommerce Growth Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar product category, with Amazon as the primary growth channel. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven e-commerce operator who thrives on ownership, accountability, and driving measurable growth through disciplined execution and data-backed decision-making.

While this role operates deeply within Amazon, we welcome candidates who have driven growth across e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments and are excited to apply that experience within a scaled Amazon ecosystem.
