JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Psychology
With 2 years’ experience in HR in a PEZA registered company
With Supervisory is advantage
Amendable to work on site in Batangas
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
